Important notice
Shipping costs cover orders of 1 to 10 rolls at a fixed flat rate per destination. For orders exceeding 10 rolls (identical or mixed), please contact us directly for a custom quote. Prices are expressed in euros excluding VAT. Customers outside Romania without an intra-community VAT number will be charged 21% VAT.

1. Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Romania according to the following schedule:

  • International: Orders are shipped the next working day after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping rates by country

The table below shows flat-rate shipping costs (in EUR, excl. VAT) for orders of 1–10 rolls.

3. VAT & pricing

  • All prices are expressed in EUR excluding VAT.
  • EU customers with a valid intra-community VAT number benefit from zero-rate VAT (reverse charge mechanism).
  • Customers without a valid EU VAT number will be charged 21% VAT.
